Astral Travel - Quick Start Guide

Astral Projection & Travel

There are five parts to the process of learning astral projection. Our quick start guide is designed to present each piece as clearly and as concisely as possible. The four basic parts are as follows:

Part 1: Learn the basic meditation ‘Simple Breath’. At the very least, you should be able to hold this meditation for 10 minutes.

Part 2: Energize the Chakras or energy centres in the body. This is another meditational practice that you need to be proficient in if you truly wish to learn astral projection.

Part 3: Get the astral energy flowing and work with the astral body. The previous meditation now progresses to a point where you are working directly with your astral energies and your astral body.

Part 4: Projecting. Once you have reached a solid state of proficiency in the previous meditations, you can attempt to actually project and travel.

Part 5: Extra information on returning to your body, along with some additional information and important reminders.

Part 1: Starting Meditation

Work with the Simple Breath Meditation until you are able to maintain the meditative state, uninterrupted, for at least 5 minutes. This meditation is the foundation for learning astral projection.

Develop your meditation skills so that you are able to hold the meditative state for at least 40 minutes. This is essential in order to achieve astral projection.

Don’t rush it. Some people must work with this meditation for over a month to reach the 5-minute line.

Be at peace with yourself, be positive, keep going. When you are satisfied with your progress, your are ready to continue on to part 2.
