The first step in personal development is meditation. You need to hone your skills in mental discipline and master the basics of meditation.
The Simple Breath meditation is the base meditation technique upon which I have built the other exercises of the personal development section.
Whether your goal is simply to practice a bit of meditation, astral projection
and astral travel, or more advanced practices, this will be the base of the techniques presented on this site.
A good starting goal is to be able to maintain the meditation for 5 minutes. I would recommend working towards a goal of 30-60 minutes.
